I provide integrative counselling tailored to your individual needs. My approach draws on Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused approaches. This means our work together may involve exploring past experiences, understanding current patterns, developing coping strategies, and identifying practical steps forward. I offer both short-term focused counselling and longer-term therapeutic support, depending on what feels most appropriate for you.
