Individual therapy offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, or navigating a life transition, therapy provides the opportunity to gain clarity, build coping strategies, and foster lasting personal growth.

Using an integrative therapeutic approach, I tailor sessions to your unique needs, drawing from:

✔ Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Supporting you to identify and shift unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours.
✔ Psychodynamic Therapy – Exploring the influence of past experiences and unconscious processes on your present difficulties.
✔ Person-Centred Therapy – Offering a compassionate, client-led space where your experiences are heard, valued, and understood.

Together, we will work at your pace to understand your story, build resilience, and support emotional healing. Therapy is a collaborative process and you don’t have to face it alone.
